Last week, I had the privilege of joining my friends Ali Mahlodji and Markus Gull at the Inner Development Goals (IDGs) Summit in Stockholm.
The IDGs, launched in March 2022, are much more than just a local initiativeโthey represent a global movement grounded in science, aiming to help us all live with greater purpose, sustainability, and impact. Aligned with the United Nations SDGs, these 23 goals guide us toward building a better, more conscious future.
Over 1,300 passionate leaders, changemakers, and visionaries attended this powerful event. We immersed ourselves in thought-provoking sessions, exploring the love, courage, and compassion needed to drive meaningful change in our lives, organizations, and society.
But it wasn’t just about ideasโit was about connection.
I danced, sang, hugged, and felt an extraordinary bond with the brilliant minds around me. The energy was electrifying, and the sense of purpose was contagious.
