Who am I BEING
Dr. Matthias Hombauer • Co-Creator & Mentor, Spiritual Scientist, Family Man
Matthias Hombauer is an Executive Coach and entrepreneur based in Vienna, Austria, married to Lin Wang with two children (Mia & Noa).
Before coaching, he earned a PhD in molecular biology and worked at the prestigious Salk Institute. Then he completely switched careers and became a concert photographer - flying worldwide, photographing the biggest rock bands, and building one of the world's largest concert photography communities.
When COVID destroyed his photography business in 2020, he became a coach. Not because he needed another career, but because he finally did what he's actually here to do: **hold space for transformation**.
Today he works with Leaders and entrepreneurs, helping them shift from achievement-focused "Doing" to presence-based "Being." His "Goal Line vs Soul Line" framework helps leaders build sustainable success from inner peace rather than stress-based energy.
Matthias practices Transcendental Meditation daily and lives by the philosophy he discovered at his wedding in the Seychelles: "I can be anything."
